Mixture of freshly baked bread drizzled with herb infused olive oil, seasoned with sea salt and accompanied by assorted dips

Entrees
9 natural Oysters - chilled, freshly shucked Tasmanian oysters with a red wine vinaigrette
9 New Wharf Oysters - chilled and topped with a cured salmon tartare.
Chefs Chowder - classic creamy soup with select prawns, scallops, mussels served with a wedge of warm baked Turkish bread.
Modern Mushroom - Roasted field mushrooms filled with marinated artichoke and roasted capsicum, walnut oil, fresh rocket & balsamic reduction
Traditional Prawn Cutlets - locally caught king prawns, lightly crumbed, with lemon wedge and homemade tartare sauce.

Mains
Corn Fed Chicken Breast - Marinated and char-grilled, served with garden salad or vegetables
Wildcaught Barramundi - macadamia baked fillet of barramundi served with golden fried chips and a crisp salad
Wharf Seafood Plate - a cold selection of local prawns, bugs, marinated baby octopus, Tasmanian oysters and cracked crab with garden salad and grissini.
Pasta Marinara - A selection of Prawns, Bugs, calamari, reef fish, scallops & mussels, tossed through linguine finished with white wine, garlic, shallots & napoletana sauce
Queensland Prawn and Bug Platter - the freshest local caught king prawns and Moreton Bay bugs, served cold with market fresh fruit and dipping sauces.

Lemon Meringue Tart - Butter shortbread tart shell filled with tangy lemon curd, topped with light Italian meringue
Tiramisu - Creamy mascarpone mousse - centered with espresso liqueur soaked sponge
